Proposed Bylaw Changes

The Board of Directors for the Cheyenne Capitals Youth Hockey Association proposes to change the current bylaws for the association. The documents on this page include an explanation letter regarding the proposed changes, a notice of special meeting, a clean version of the proposed bylaws, and a redline version of the bylaws showing the proposed changes.

The Board will hold an informational meeting on March 5 at 5 p.m. at the ice rink to discuss the proposal and a special meeting of the members will be held on March 18, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the ice rink for in person voting on the proposed changes. An electronic voting link will be available prior to the March 18 meeting.
